#4 Something Green

Sesuatu yang hijau, bahkan bisa dibilang paling hijau, yang ada di sekitar kamar saya adalah The Politics Book.

The Politics Book berisi tentang politik (tentu saja), tepatnya sih ide-ide politik yang disampaikan dengan bahasa yang sederhana. Pemikiran politik yang dirangkum di buku ini dimulai dari pemikiran politik kuno macam Confusius, Cicero, Sun Tzu, dan Plato sampai ke pemikiran politik pasca perang dunia yang tidak melulu soal kekuasaan.

Sebenarnya saya cukup “akrab” dengan sebagian besar dari pemikiran di buku ini, tapi buku ini enak dibaca dan membantu saya mengingat banyak hal yang telah saya pelajari waktu kuliah. Saya pikir buku ini juga bagus untuk orang-orang yang ingin belajar atau sekedar penasaran tentang ide-ide politik tertentu karena dijelaskan dengan sederhana dan banyak gambar :-)

I am a 20 something human who tries to live a wabi-sabi life.

I like reading, I collect and treasure books. But, may be what I’ve been doing actually is tsundoku.

I like eating. I eat a lot and sometimes I cook.

I like traveling, but I tend to travel to same places over and over again if I really like it.

I like taking pictures. I like walking. I like writing. I like sending and receiving postcards. I like good music. I like coffee. I like tea.
